System Service: Whether you system is in warranty or out, we provide both on-site and in-factory repairs for all of our products and systems. All with quick response and fast turn around times. This service is provided by our highly experienced factory technicians.
Training: We provide in depth classroom training on all of our systems for Caregivers, Administrators, and Maintenance Staff. We also provide live on-line training for new employees or for staff requiring a refresher class.
Off-Site Monitoring: If you do not have the staff to handle the Emergency Calls from our system we can do it for you using our 24/7

Center where each call is handled with a protocol that you establish. Our monitoring service can also be configured to back-up your staff. In this case the call will go to your staff first and, if not answered, will automatically go to our call center. |
